Our Mission

Our mission is to help African countries and institutions, as well as the international community to better understand and manage the risks that make Africa’s economic development uncertain.

We do not only aim to develop the best options for the governance of these risks but also to prevent a situation whereby African countries, including the high performers, from slipping into degeneration and stagnation.

To achieve this, we work with governments, academia, industry, civil society and NGOs through coordinated research and communication and through the development and implementation of effective policies and regulations.
